Tracy was born and raised in Decorah, Iowa. She come to Woodmoor Group with over 15 years of professional experience within the executive and contract search arena. She started her career as a technical recruiter in Tulsa, OK for the largest contract consulting firm in the Midwest assisting in the growth from 22 contractors to 220 +. She was quickly promoted to Recruiting Manager then on to become Director of Professional Development for the Texas office at the time of the company buyout. When the company sold she was recruited and relocated to work for the largest business software company in Colorado Springs where she achieved Club Excellence every year. She brings to Woodmoor a unique understanding of all aspects of the staffing industry as her experience encompasses small and large organizations, direct hire and contract knowledge, recruiting and human resources. She will be focusing on the GIS /Geotechnology, manufacturing and action sports industries. Tracy is a member of SHRM and the National Association of Professional Women. She lives in Black forest, CO with her husband and 3 children.
