graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy with a Bachelor of Science in
Humanities, Beau is a search consultant exclusively for Oil and Gas
companies.
At USAFA Beau was one of the most accomplished football players
in school history. In fact, he still holds an NCAA record for single
season rushing yards by a quarterback and received Heisman Trophy
consideration during his senior campaign there. He also spent some
time as a running back for the Dallas Cowboys. Following his careers
as a military officer and professional athlete, Beau has run his own
business, worked as a sales representative in the pharmaceutical
industry, and has recently completed his 5th year in executive
search.
To give him a better understanding of the industry, he has
completed a short course (Oil Field 101 from Questa Engineering in
Colorado) and makes regular appointments to meet with clients and
candidates. He also attends industry conferences such as OGIS, NAPE,
OTC, SPE and COGA to meet with people and learn more about the
industry.
Beau also serves on the Advisory Board for The Salvation Army in
Colorado Springs, and he and his wife Allison enjoy volunteering for
various endeavors in the community as well as keeping track of the
new family additions, Chloe (1.5 yrs) and Roscoe (6 months).

Approach to Retained Search
For retained search, we offer a 12-month guarantee with
only 25% up front. The balance is paid after the placement
is confirmed. Uniquely, every dollar of the 25% retainer is
guaranteed. This means that if the candidate is sourced in
some other manner, we simply roll down the payment to the
next search. Our success rate on retained search remains at
99%, which compared to the industry standard, truly sets us
apart. |
